Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped worldwide via DHL or Nova Poshta Global.

Shipping is included in the price.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery for ready-to-ship artworks.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the artwork.

Prints can be replaced or refunded
Original artworks are reviewed individually, with the option of restoration or return.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
